Artist Talk- Katrina Palmer

  • Palmer creates sculptural objects which are experienced in different ways, including audio installations, printed materials and live readings.
  • Her recent works ‘The Necropolitan Line’, Henry Moore Institute, Leeds (2015) included structures, illuminations and fragmented stories about absences to help guide visitors through the galleries.
  • ‘End Matter’ (2015), an Artangel commission which combined an audio installation with a book published by Book Works- ‘The Fabricator’s Tale,’ and her first book The Dark Object (2010) which explored sculpture’s awkward relationship with conceptual art, presented through a student’s fantasies.
